Refund policy

All press-on nail sets are handmade and custom made to order based on your selected design tier, inspiration, and personal preferences. Because each set is created specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for custom nail sets.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before production begins. Production begins once your design details, final pricing, and sizing information have been confirmed.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted because materials have been prepared and work has begun on your custom set.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so I can review and help resolve the problem.
